This homemade costume for couples entered our 2015 Halloween Costume Contest.
A word from Candace, the 'Norman Bates and his Taxidermy Bird' costume creator:
My boyfriend and I decided to dress up as Norman Bates as Mother, and his taxidermy bird from the movie "Psycho". He bought the dress from Goodwill and added the wig and knife. I made my bird costume with an old hoodie, felt, and feathers, and used a tree branch that I found outside.
